A historic Art Nouveau building dating back to 1913 on one of the city’s most prestigious streets, Via dei Giardini, between Montenapoleone and the Brera district, the center par excellence of Milan’s high-end nightlife.
In 2010, Antoitalia acted as an intermediary in the process of selling the property, contributing to the conception of the renovation project completed in 2015. From 2016 to 2020 the home of a major fashion brand, the elegant building recently opened its doors to the first Milan headquarters of Casa Baglioni, the formula of the Baglioni Hotels group, which aims to represent a new concept of hospitality of excellence in a modern key.
