In 2019, Antoitalia acted as an intermediary in the acquisition process of the property, which had housed the fast-fashion giant Zara for many years. Through its asset management division, the company contributed to the conception of a project that resulted in the opening of two retail spaces on the ground floor, featuring Marciano Guess and Foot Locker, as well as the inauguration of a 5-star hotel called “La Gemma.”
The hotel occupies the spaces from the first to the fifth floor and offers 39 rooms, a bistro, the restaurant Luca’s, run by a Michelin-starred chef, a sauna, hammam, treatment rooms, and a pool.
