Antoitalia broker in a dizzying trade

A €200,000/sqm sale in the heart of Milan.

A deal that came about with the intention of giving the building, which for years housed the historic headquarters of the Grand Hotel Duomo, a chance to have an overlook on Piazza Duomo.

Statuto, owner of the former hotel with the entrance on Via San Raffaele, seized the opportunity to host in the iconic building the flagship store of the ‘fast fashion’ giant H&M. The Antoitalia team, tasked with pursuing negotiations with the Damiani family, which owns the adjoining Rocca jewelry store, reached a final agreement, finalizing a sale of more than 39 million euros for an area of about 200 square meters.
